Tech Meets Art! Brainware Script is our creative division. Our Key Competencies are web/produtc design, avudio/video content production. With the expertise and equipment at hand , This division allows us to undertake specific projects that exist at the crossection of these competences.
These projects will span across various fields such as e-learning, e-commerce (arts & crafts, audio and video content production), e-realty, e-health & e-fashion. At a fundamental level, Script will be primarily supporting already existing business ventures with tech, branding, and content production needs.
In conclusion, Script aims to combine tech and artistic competences to provide functional capabilities to businesses in need of such strategic boosts. As Nigeria is still a third world country in dire need of development, There is still lot of value creation to be exploited in this space. Brainware was awarded a Certificate of Achievement in recognition of sales generated for people screening systems in 2007. We stand alone in our capability to maintain and manage up to 1000 units of mantrap doors all over Nigeria. Our elaborate network of technicians gives us the edge in overcoming severe logistics issues encountered when engaging in operations of this sort in an emerging market region such as Nigeria.
We are thus able to carry out installations at the extreme ends of the country within a fortnight of mobilisation depending on the actual location. Regardless, our installation service remains one of the fastest and most reliable in the country.

SLA STRUCTURE
We offer our clients a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which is fully customisable to include choices of parts replacements, parts repairs, and branding. The minimum SLA offer is for a 6 month maintenance engagement but we do recommend a 2 to 3 year SLA plan as foresight drastically reduces costs.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly maintenance visits are guaranteed depending on the maintenance plan of your choice. Our current technical manpower can handle up to 500 more units of maintenance. Capacity and scale can be increased on the request of the customer. Our technicians are specially trained and well experienced to offer good customer service to local branch managers.
Our technical power manpower covers the entire region of Nigeria. We guaranty 24 hours response time to all queries in the south-western region, and 24-48 hours on both the eastern and northern regions.
WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBILTIY
Our cubicles are the only access control systems in Nigeria that come with wheel chair capability. This is a feature very specific to our cubicles as most revolving doors do not have adequate space to allow for wheelchair access.
This feature has been a recent reason for customer satisfaction as it helps our clients express their empathy for people living with disabilities, as well as the elderly amongst us.
Furthermore, The Federal Government of Nigeria has issued a bill to make all public buildings wheel chair accessible within the next five years.
